After trying all the pizza sauce out there this is almost identical to the one I finally decided on 30 years ago. I do not add the sugar or garlic as the tomato paste is sweet enough and I coat the outer crust before baking with melted butter mixed with garlic salt. No pizza bones left when the crust is coated. I use fresh oregano and basil when I have it. Put everything is a small processor or Bullet and get delicious sauce.
