So good! The layer of flavors is delicious!! Slow cooking makes a world of a difference as the heat melts all the goodness together! 😋 we like a softer omelette so we opted out of the option of putting it in the oven. Pai absolutely LOVED it and squeezed a little lemon juice on top!! 💕
