amazing! I ended up cutting the chicken, seasoning with salt, pepper & parsley flakes and left it overnight then browned the chicken for a little longer in the pan and honestly *cheffs kiss* just sublime.

Tasty and easy to make. Next time, I will cook the chicken for a few minutes before adding the vegetables. Vgetables ended up too soft.

This was so delicious. I used teriyaki sauce as my seasoning. I added mushrooms cause I like them. Will definitely make it again.

It would probably be best served the night of. I made it for meal prep (double recipe), it was on the edge of soggy after 4 days.

This recipe is as delicious as it is simple. We do this regularly at home, particularly in those week nights when we need an easy and nutritious dinner.
