- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour (plus more for kneading the dough)

The dough was quite sticky but I just used a little oil on my fingers while deflating it for the second rise and a little flour while dividing the dough. They came out so soft and moist!

i make these all the time. if you make them small they also make great dinner rolls.
