    It turned out pretty good for my first attempt. I will definitely make it again. I used this same recipe for pizza dough, I just added a 1/4 cup of olive oil, when mixing the water and flour. it turned out great

    I made this by hand I couldn’t locate my dough hook. It came out great! My oven is s little hot the bread did brown a bit more than I usually would, but that’s not a recipe issue.

    Nice chew, crust was too hard but that's on me because of my oven temperature. Shy on salt but perfect with a nice slather of good quality butter. Will definitely make again with oven temp adjustment. 👍
