the bread was delicious and has potential to be very fluffy. very nice crust. however I've tried twice and something is going wrong after step five. the dough proofs well and seems to double in size but deflates when i turn out to shape into loaves. maybe i still need to proof longer. family ate it immediately in any case.

The flavor was a bit bland but the texture was amazing and fluffy. For a simple bread it was quite delicous.

Perfect! I make these into mini loaves for kids school lunches. They are a hit. Turn out great every time!

Quick and easy! I used multigrain bread flour and added olives...turned out great with a nice crunchy crust and soft interior.

It turned out pretty good for my first attempt. I will definitely make it again. I used this same recipe for pizza dough, I just added a 1/4 cup of olive oil, when mixing the water and flour. it turned out great

I was in a pinch. Headed to a dinner in two hours. This came out great! Small loaves.

Perfect!
I had to wait longer for the doubt to double in size probably because it was a little cold in the house

Not the size I was looking for could be operator error but the crispness and texture of the bread is just right

I made this by hand I couldn’t locate my dough hook. It came out great! My oven is s little hot the bread did brown a bit more than I usually would, but that’s not a recipe issue.

This bread came out great! Nice and crunchy on thr outside but soft and chewy in the centre.

My favorite! I double the recipe for two larger loaves...not that either of them last long in my house.

Turned out very well. Adjusted salt to 1.5 teaspoons. Will be using this recipe again.

Really delicious. Though maybe I needed to put more water in the pan because they didn’t turn out quite as crunchy/crispy I was expecting, but still very good

Super simple, with a great result. I halved the recipe and did a single loaf, and it worked beautifully.
