awesome recipe, the flavor was spot on for my family and i and it didnt take long at all!

Followed the recipe and it came out great! My daughter and fiancé looovvved it!! I substituted the Japan-sweet vinegar for rice vinegar. Also I used regular soy sauce ( I already had it in my pantry) instead of low-sodium soy sauce. I didn't use the snap peas (not a fan) instead I used broccoli, chicken, red/green bell peppers , onions. Topped it off with some white Jasmine Rice!! I will def make this again!
