Delicious dinner for a large family. Added fresh parsley, basil, and peas to round it out. Used Italian sausage instead of beef and it was great for flavour. Doubled the recipe and ended up with enough for two meals for our family of six (all adults or teenage boys) for the next day.

I love this for a quick, easy weeknight dinner. I have made this several times and my family loves it. I like how easy it is to make and it yet how good it tastes. I just cook a quick veggie or salad to go with, maybe some garlic bread and you are more than full.
