Absolutely delicious! I added guacamole to mine but it’s still quite tasty without it.

Outstanding dish, nicely balanced and flavorful. My wife is very skeptical of vegetarian dishes, but she really liked it a lot.

I made tostones and added carnitas. The beans were my biggest concern and they turned out good. I added more salt to taste.

My plantains were too ripe so I fried diced and fried.

this was awesome non vegans loved it.taste so good you would thought it was Chipotle.
