- 1/2 cup beef broth (can also use water)
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika

- 2 cups macaroni pasta (elbow, cooked al dente, measure out 2 cups uncooked macaroni, then cook it)
- 1 can red kidney beans (dark, drained well)
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or cheeses of choice)
- 1 tsp. seasoning (cumin, black beans, pinto beans, optional)
