- 1 cup low sodium chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 3 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 heads broccoli (rinsed and cut into small florets)
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil (divided)
- 9 lb. boneless chicken thighs (thinly sliced, alternatively, you can use chicken breasts)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 scallions (thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tsp. black sesame seeds (as garnish, optional)
- 1 handful peanuts (chopped, optional)
- 4 cups white rice (brown rice, or noodles – to serve)

So easy and delicious!
Made white basmati rice. The broccoli was sweet and tender. The whole family enjoyed. This stir fry is a keeper!

Very good! I used asparagus and added it to the stir fry instead of broccoli. I also added some red chili flakes for some kick. Turned out really good.
