I used a variety of tomatoes from our garden This is probably one of the best tomato sauces I’ve made. Perfect sweetness! I used chicken broth instead of wine and used my Immersion blender just because I have picky eaters who won’t eat “chunks” Simmered on the stove for an hour, used fresh basil and increased the garlic by a clove 1 or 2, again just my preference. This is a keeper recipe for sure!!! Going to attempt to freeze next picking through the garden.
