Directions
- Preheat oven to 170°C (approximately 340°F).
- Grease and flour a pie dish.
- Place eggs in the Thermomix cup, add the sugar and set for 1 min/temp 50°C (approximately 125°F)/speed 3.

Amazing! I substituted the plain yogurt for raspberry yogurt and the coconut for fresh raspberries. So yum!
