- shrimp (handful precooked frozen, I used 71-90 count but you could really use whatever you want here. It worked out to 12 shrimp for me)
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil (divided)
- 1/2 box long pasta (I used linguine but any long pasta will do, adjust cooking time)
- 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning (divided, or more or less to taste, depending on how spicy your cajun seasoning is)
- 1/2 bunch broccoli
- 1/4 cup pasta water (from the pasta before you drain it)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (this might vary based on how salty your cajun seasoning is, but mine wasn't very salty)
