- 1/4 cup spring onion (finely sliced, or brown onion)
- 1 head broccoli (roughly chopped into 1-2cm pieces)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1/4 cup roasted almonds (roughly chopped)
- 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley (roughly chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- salt (to taste)
