Made this the other night for my fiancé and mum-in-law to be. There were no leftovers. We didn't have cilantro on hand, and ended up using garlic cloves from a jar with Mediterranean spices because the weather was not conducive to a quick drive to the local grocery, but really, it just added to the taste. 10/10, will definitely make this again.
