- 2 Bramley apples (peeled, cored and cut into small pieces)
- 200 grams gluten free flour (I use Glebe Self Raising flour but you can also use Dove's gluten free flour)
- 50 grams bread flour (Dove's)
- 2 eggs
- 200 grams xylitol sweetener (I use Total Sweet)
- 125 grams soya (Dairy free spread - I use Pure, or Sunflower. M&S Dairy free spread is also good)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
