- 250 mL dhal (Masoor, soaked in water for 30 minutes, rinsed and drained)
- 1/2 tsp. fenugreek seeds (soaked with the masoor dhal)
- 1 Tbsp. ghee (or vegetable oil)
- 10 fresh curry leaves
- 1 Tbsp. garlic paste
- 1 tsp. cumin (I used a bit more as I love cumin)
- 6 drops extract (Holy Lama garam masala)
- 6 drops extract (Holy Lama chilli)
- salt
- pepper
- 3 Tbsp. fresh coriander (finely chopped)
