- 2 eggs
- 1 cup half & half
- pepper

Directions
- Pre-bake the pie shell for 8 min.
- Saute the vegetables until tender & set aside.
- Mix the eggs, half & half, and pepper together.
- Add the vegetables & cheese to the egg mixture.
- Pour into pie shell & bake for 45min at 350 degrees.
