- 1/2 small onion (chopped)
- 6 oz. cream cheese (softened)

- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or my homemade taco seasoning)

- 2 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 Tbsp. butter (1 stick)
- 1/4 cup celery (chopped)
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 24 oz. cauliflower rice (Steamed, I used Green Giant but feel free to use whatever)
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 3/4 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 4 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/3 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth (this is to pour over chicken in slow cooker)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 20 oz. diced tomatoes (with green chilis)
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. taco seasoning (homemade, recipe here or 1 packet of taco seasoning)
- salt
- pepper
