- 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- pickled jalapenos (as needed)
- 1 nacho cheese sauce (recipe)
- 1 cheese sauce (recipe mozzarella)

Need to reduce the salt as was too salty. I'd start with 1/2 tsp and add more if necessary.
