- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 1 can mandarin orange (470 g drained weight, drained)

This recipe is messed up, it calls for 667 cups of Quark! The amounts need to be corrected as it cannot be made like this.
