- 2 cups coffee (strong hot, good-quality)

- 1 cup half n half
- 4 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. salt (or NONE if you ran out of unsalted and had to use regular salted butter!)
- 6 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla (1/2 tablesppon equals 1 1/2 teaspoons)
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup ovaltine
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla (+ 1 teaspoon)
