These burgers were filling and tasty. i cooked 2 in a cast iron and 5 in Ninja Foodie. The ones cooked in the Foodie stayed together a bit better. Will make these again.

Great second time made. I usedt the zucchini instead of the carrots both times. Use just two eggs plus half cup sour cream instead of cottage cheese and subbed grated Italian blend, half cup, for the cheddar both times. These are such a go to for me now that I made a full recipe, last time it was half, so I can freeze some. Homemade tzaziki and presto, delicious!

Made 12 patties with this recipe. Was putting away ingredients after first batch of 4 when I realized I forgot to add the flour! (So my first batch was crumbly, but the others held together a lot better.) Haven't tried it with tzatziki, but I made my own mayochup fry sauce as a topping.

The flavor was really good, however I added a bit more salt fo taste (I love my salt). Thanks so much for the recipe 😊

I like these burgers a lot, and this is a good recipe to use as a base to experiment with various ingredients. They do fall apart easily, if you don’t let them cook on the first side until they are browned, so it takes some experimentation to know how long that is.

Thank you so much for the idea!Ingredients are amazing; however, the recipe might need a quick fix. Personally, three eggs were too much, and I need more flour.

These were very tasty and I really want to make them again but they kept falling apart while I was cooking them and just took forever to cook. Anyone have some ideas how to make them cook better?

delicious!! needs something to.make them have a little more substance. not really suitable for something that goes on a burger bun.

This turned out well, however I made some variations
I found 3 eggs to be a lot and only used one
Subbed sour cream for cottage cheese and cayenne pepper for cumin
All in all they tasted great and will make them again
Please take the authors advice - the mixture is very wet!!

Very good. Didn't have green onions so I substituted onion powder. Needs a sauce to go with
