- 4 biscuits (round shortbread)
- 4 Tbsp. sauce (strawberry)
- 4 wafer (ice cream, fans)

- Place 1 shortbread biscuit on each of 4 serving plates.
- Scoop 1 ball of Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice Cream and place on top of each biscuit.
- Drizzle over the strawberry sauce.
