- 1 oz. anchovies (drained and cut in half lengthways)
- 3 oz. black olives (pitted and chopped small)
- 1 capers (dessertspoon salted, or capers in vinegar, rinsed and drained)
- black pepper (freshly milled)
- 5 oz. mozzarella (cut into 1 inch, 2.5 cm slices)
- 3 whole fresh basil leaves (plus a few extra to garnish)
