The recipe is too sweet! I suggest that if you want to try this recipe, lessen the sugar by 1/2 a cup or 25% of what the recipe calls for. Plus even if I used spray oil to the puto cups it still stocks to the mould. I think it’s better to mix 2 tbsp butter to the mixture before steaming.
