i added oil and rice mix it till it got a little brown and then i put garlic and mix it and then i pour the purple thingy and then the water and cubito de pollo and let it sit in low heat till the water was absorbed.

Everyone was asking me “HOW!?” It was awesome. It was pretty, simple, and nice. Enjoyed it with some teriyaki chicken I made.

Loved the color. Easy to make. I told my fiance it was unicorn rice. He couldn't guess what made it purple. LOL He actually looked it up. It was not very flavorful, even though I added 4 cloves of minced garlic. Next time I'm going to use a chicken stock instead of the water.
