    Loved the color. Easy to make. I told my fiance it was unicorn rice. He couldn't guess what made it purple. LOL He actually looked it up. It was not very flavorful, even though I added 4 cloves of minced garlic. Next time I'm going to use a chicken stock instead of the water.
