Turned out very tasty. My first time with purple. When I bought it I didn’t know they would turn green while cooking.

Hubby loved this! Will definitely make again. Note to self: Cut asparagus into pieces for blanching. The Purple asparagus is more tender and sweeter than regular green asparagus.
