Pretty good for my first time making any kind of Japanese dessert! Next time I’ll try to go lighter on the caramel and more water in a different baking pan along with not spilling as much milk to see if that will fluff them up more! My family and I added on cherry and blueberry pie filling with whipped cream and it was delicious! My caramel wasn’t as sweet but maybe I cooked it too long! Overall I enjoyed making this for my brothers birthday who loves anything from Japan!

It didn’t work out at all, the Carmel sauce measurements are off and I had to remake with a different recipe, the custard itself never set either, It tasted fine but it was just a sticky liquid mess

Turned out like it was supposed too, just very eggy for my taste! Closely tasted like French toast!

Absolutely delicious. Even my mother, who hates flan, enjoyed this custard dessert! The caramel recipe made too much for me, so next time, I will half it. The Purin was smooth and creamy. My family and I enjoyed it immensely. I also used ramekins because I didn't have Purin cups.
