  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)

  • 1 slice pumpkin (diced)
  • 5 ounces white wine
  • 1 turnip (diced)
  • 2 carrots (sliced)
  • 1 stalk celery (sliced)
  • 2 cans red beans (cooked)
  • 1 vegetable stock
  • 1 chili
  • 1 head kale (chopped)
  • 1 bunch parsley

    1. Saute the onion and garlic cloves in a splash of olive oil.
    2. Add the bay leaf and, as soon as the onion is translucent, stir in the tomatoes.
