- 4 oz. gruyere (shredded, about 1 cup)
- 12 oz. milk (lowfat evapored)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
