    Perfect! I live at 8500 feet and I adapted this recipe for high-altitude baking. These cookies turned out fantastic! My husband and I both really like them a lot. I added a little pumpkin brown butter buttercream drizzle on top of half just because I didn't have enough chocolate chips! I only had about 1 Cup for the recipe . Made up a little sweetness with the drizzle. These are really delicious. I will definitely make this again.

    I cannot describe how awesome these are. they needed more cooking time but are so worth the wait!!! they were moist and gone in a day
