    taste was great but texture was off. very soft even after chilling. mind you i did roast and puree my own pumpkin (prefer that over canned) maybe that had something to do with it. i also ommited the reishi powder. i ended up coating the balls in a shredded coconut/almond flour combo because they were very sticky! taste like a raw pumpkin pie bite, i will make these again!
