- 2 cups all purpose gluten free flour blend (Johnna's)
- 1 Tbsp. spice blend (pumpkin pie)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup grapeseed oil
- 6 Tbsp. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. flax meal
- 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- 15 oz. pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup all purpose gluten free flour blend (Johnna's)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp. gluten free oats (certified)
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds (roughly chopped in a food processor, spice mill or blender to abou the size of the oats)
- 1/2 tsp. spice blend (pumpkin pie)
- 4 Tbsp. vegan butter (Earth Balance, Substitute or solid coconut oil)
