  • 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour (organic, I use Bob’s Red Mill flours)

  • 1/2 cup sorghum flour
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda (aluminum free)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder (aluminum free)
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 1/2 ounces coconut oil (room temperature)
