    The pancakes turned out fluffy and great all around! I used a few different ingredients to make the batch healthier (truvia, 1/4 Cup protein powder, 2 tbsp Greek yogurt instead of butter or oil, and white whole wheat flour), but despite the replacements they were incredible.
