- 1 cup butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar (I use organic cane sugar, but not necessary)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. ground allspice
- 2 cups flour (I use cake flour in all my baking, but all purpose is ok too)
- instant oats (2 cups rolled, not, I used Coaches Oats, not so processed)
- 1 bag chocolate chips (I use Ghirardelli)
