- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 tsp. sugar (or equivalent of, honey, stevia, or sweetener of choice)
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats (gluten free, if necessary)
- 1 tsp. mini chocolate chips (cacao nibs, or pepitas, optional)
