There's a lot to like about these muffins. They are moist and they rose beautifully. But I couldn't taste the coffee, and I thought the spices were lacking. Next time, I'll amp up the cinnamon, nutmeg, and coffee. And how about a coffee cream cheese frosting?! I doubled the recipe and it yielded two dozen regular plus a dozen cute mini muffins.
