Added extra egg. Used 1/4 butter and 1/4 olive oil, instead of 1/2 cup butter, which made them incredibly moist. And doubled the pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove to enhance the flavor. Cooked at 350 for 22 minutes. Will definitely be making again.
