This recipe has been found to be my personal favorite on top of ANYTHING!
I made pumpkin pie bars (gluten free) and instead of the date icing, I used this and my family was saying, 'cool, cool, cool, cool'! I can't wait to put it on carrot cake, spice cake and sugar cookies! <3
