- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (low sugar, or lactose-free vanilla yogurt, I like this brand and used it in the recipe!)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup diced apples (I used honeycrisps!)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
