    I find the directions are confusing: "Preheat the oven to 400ºHalf and clean the pumpkin and add it face up to a baking sheet. Add the carrots and onion to the pan as well.“ As well? Am I supposed to put the pumpkin in a pan before I put it in the oven? Stuff like that. And some ingredients are not mentioned in the ingredient list. We ended up doing it how we felt like it and it was nice.

    The directions talk about lime and coconut milk but it’s not in the ingredients list. I just winged it and it turned out ok.
