- 15 oz. pumpkin purée

- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 cup butternut squash (roasted and diced)
- 1 lb. shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh lime juice

The pumpkin was a little too wet so- I would probably use less broth next time, so it’s less soupy. But the flavors were fantastic
