- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup oat flour (I also grind oats in my coffee grinder to make oat flour as needed)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 pinch cardamom (optional)
- 1 pinch ground ginger (optional)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (solid)
- 3 Tbsp. soy milk
- 1/4 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. blackstrap molasses
- 8 dates
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 5 Tbsp. hot water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp. canela
