- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. half-and-half
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. half-and-half (then more as needed)

- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin purée

The flour ratio in this recipe seems off. My dough was much too wet to knead like the instructions suggested. I ended up adding at least a half cup extra flour after pouring the dough onto my workspace. A disastrous start, but in the end, the additional flour salvaged the scones and they turned out tasty.

Turned out excellent. Soft, moist, and the scones are not too sweet, so the frostings balance well.

It is delicious! It does require lots of ingredients and it’s time consuming but worth it!

Needed more brown sugar and spices in the dough. Also needed to be cooked a longer. Even though my toothpick came out clean, the scones tasted a bit raw and were very soft

Lovely texture. Spices were great. Wasn't sweet enough for me though. Will add more sugar next time.

I fillowed the directions without variation and they were delicious and well received. It was a lot of work without a food processor but worth it. However the kitchen mess and clean up was extensive.

it turned out great. looks great, smells amazing and taste delicious. i ended up cutting them in half making 16 instead of 8. family loved it!

I love pumpkin. This was easy to make. Thinking about making it for an upcoming holiday party.

Delicious! Next time I might add more pumpkin and spice for more flavor. Will definitely make again!
Update: I made again and added a little extra sugar, pumpkin and spices for more flavor... two times as good!

It was delicious! However, I made a few changes to it that made it a little better. For the Pumpkin glaze instead of 1 tbs of pumpkin puree I put 2, add a few extra sprinkles of cinnamon, and lastly a little bit of brown sugar. It took away from the original taste that I got because it started out tasting like powdered sugar mostly. It didn't seem to have a pumpkon pie taste that I was expecting it to and after adding brown sugar it tasted like pumpkin pie.

It was easy to make .Very tasty everyone in family enjoyed them. I will make these again and again.
