  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • hot water
  • 3 tablespoons flax meal

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon molasses

    These were very tasty.I didn't have wheat flour so I used 1 - 1/2 c .white flour but you could use any flour . All my kids loved them.the whole family did.I will be making these againand I put pumpkin seeds on top for extra nutrients 👍
