    I will use this recipe over and over. It doesn't have a heavy pumpkin flavor which works just great for the salad. I used it on a field green salad with chopped pears, pecans and feta. I used raw apple cider vinegar and it worked great. Not too dark. The recipe suggests using a light colored vinegar.
