- 1 cup flour (all-purpose einkorn)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
- 4 Tbsp. butter (cold, cubed)
- 1/2 cup farmers cheese (or ricotta cheese, drained for 30 minutes, how to make farmers cheese, or buy LifeWay brand at most groceries)
- pie filling
- 2 cups pureed pumpkin (1 can, if using canned pumpkin, I roast a whole pumpkin in the oven until it gets soft, then scoop the flesh into a blender)
- 1 cup farmers cheese (or ricotta cheese)
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup cream
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup maple syrup (choose your own level of sweetness)
- 1 Tbsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Orange (optional)
